1. OWNERSHIP: This website is owned and operated by Hutch Productions LLC (doing business as M.O.O.D Records). All music, graphics, and content are the intellectual property of Hutch Productions LLC unless otherwise stated.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hutch Productions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use this website or the music contained herein. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of $10.00 USD.

3. "AS-IS" CONTENT: All music, beats, and information are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or that your use of the site will provide specific results.

6. UNSOLICITED SUBMISSIONS POLICY: Hutch Productions LLC does not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, music, lyrics, or demos. This policy is intended to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Hutch Productions LLC’s original content might seem similar to ideas submitted to us. Any materials sent to us will be deleted unread/unheard.
